Waiver of Claims:
By participating it is assumed that the participant WAIVES ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that I may have against On Path Arts, LLC, Andrew Barkworth, and any facilities where services are provided and I RELEASE On Path Arts, LLC, Andrew Barkworth, and any facilities where services are provided FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY for any injury, damage, and loss or expense that may occur while participating in these activities. I have read and understand the terms of this agreement. Parent or guardian signature required for those under 18 Years.
Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability:
ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
You are participating in a physical activity. Physical activity involves risk INCLUDING THE POSSIBLE RISK OF SEVERE OR FATAL INJURY. The viewer’s use of these physical activities involves assuming the risks both inherent and unforeseeable of the physical activity. The user is responsible for their health and safety. On-Path does not assume any responsibility or liability in the use or miss-use of the demonstrated movements or exercises by viewers, users, or any entities.
Know Yourself. You are the only one who knows how you feel. It is your responsibility to do only what is comfortable for you to do. When starting a new set of movements, always start slow and easy, then work your way up. Avoid extreme movements unless you are prepared for them. Always use and keep caution and safety in mind when practicing. If participating a custom session, guided immersions, any On Path video or live stream demonstrates movements or exercises that you feel are unsafe, uncomfortable, or beyond your ability at that given time then it is your responsibility to modify the movement or exercise to make it right for you, or simply skip it.
If you feel unwell at any time during your practice, you should stop immediately. Consult with your medical provider regarding these activities and exercises.
Be kind and gentle with your body. Be mindful of previous injuries and trouble areas of your body. Adjust the movements so that they work for you and feel good. If something doesn’t feel right, aggravates, or causes pain, discontinue the movements. Seek medical care and professional guidance with any exercises.
Take what is for you and leave behind what is not.
