Some of these videos were produced to share publicly and some were created to support private clients. I have done my best to curate this collection of videos for continuity of information and practices. There may be some references to things that are not covered in other videos here or may relate to other topics that are not being shared here.
Use your own ideas and life view to make what is being shared here suit you best. Take what is for you and leave behind what is not.
Know Yourself. You are the only one who knows how you feel. It is your responsibility to do only what is comfortable for you to do. When starting a new set of movements, always start slow and easy, then work your way up. Avoid extreme movements unless you are prepared for them. Always use and keep caution and safety in mind when practicing. If participating a custom session, guided immersions, any On Path video or live stream demonstrates movements or exercises that you feel are unsafe, uncomfortable, or beyond your ability at that given time then it is your responsibility to modify the movement or exercise to make it right for you, or simply skip it.
